- "Shall the Town of Southington appropriate $10,000,000 for Carl M. Small Regional Vocational Agriculture Center project and authorize the issue of bonds and notes to defray such portion of the appropriation as is not defrayed from grants (grants anticipated of approximately 95% of eligible project costs)?"
